Bam Powell Plays the Buckets!
Setting up for the show at Gruff’s on New Year’s Eve, Chris and I were curious when Bam Powell (drummer and songwriter extraordinaire) started setting up his “bucket kit.” That’s right, a drum set made of buckets! A 5-gallon bucket, a dinged-up coffee can, some saw blades, etc… We recorded a bit of the show and it sounds phenomenal. Look for Bam and the bucket kit at some of our upcoming shows. It’s my new favorite thing about Bam…right up there with his “kit on wheels” and his monster song, “Destined to Be a Four-Lane.”
